Pick-up area includes anything 15 minutes or less in any direction from The Square (local courthouse). Pickup requests outside of this perimeter will result in hourly rate charges, for the amount of time over the included 15 minutes, that it takes to arrive to your pick-up address from the courthouse in San Marcos. Hourly rate is $110 +tax, billed in 15 minute increments.

Deposit is 20% total + tax, due at time of booking. Remaining balance, if not paid in full at time of booking, is due no later than 48 hours before scheduled pick-up time.
